Mortuary Facilities

It is a little-known fact that Ocean Grove has a state-of-the-art mortuary in it's midst. This is not a place that anyone wants to visit (more than once), but a necessary part of every community throughout the ages.

The mortuary at bellarine memories was designed by Philip and Richard, drawing on their experience in the funeral industry to establish a functional, high quality facility.

The mortuary was developed with specific attention to Occupational Health and Safety requirements in order to meet industry standards regarding embalming, lifting, ventilation, chemical handling, identification procedures, protocols for privacy and dignity, ergonomics, future needs and local authority regulations.
